Exhibition elements for Crafted by Place by Omar Gandhi Architects<\/h2>\n

For the Canadian architectural firm Omar Gandhi Architects<\/strong> we produced, processed, and installed various components of an exhibition in Berlin. The work was carried out in close coordination with the architectural team, whose precise technical drawings and visualizations provided a flawless foundation for our work.<\/p>\n

  1. Production and preparation of the exhibition elements<\/li>\n

    <\/strong> <\/p>\n

      \n
    • Milling of MDF panels, including keyhole drilling and rear-side slot milling for concealed mounting.<\/li>\n
    • Printing and lamination of our \u201cRockMount\u201d film<\/li>\n
    • Applying the foils to the milled MDF panels<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • On-site installation of the exhibition<\/li>\n

      <\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Installation of a large-format wall film measuring 5 \u00d7 4 meters<\/li>\n
          \n
        • Printed on five separate strips<\/li>\n
        • Finished with matte laminate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        • Production and application of plotter-cut vinyl graphics for typography and lettering<\/li>\n
            \n
          • Additionally, a small QR code has been printed on transparent film.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          • Installation of the prepared MDF panels onto wooden elements with precise alignment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • Communication and coordination<\/li>\n

            • Direct consultation with Omar Gandhi Architects to coordinate technical details.<\/li>\n
            • Fine-tuning of print data, materials, and mounting techniques<\/li>\n
            • Organization and management of the entire production and assembly process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ol>\n

              Material:<\/h2>\n

              The following materials were primarily used in this project:<\/p><\/p>\n

              • MDF boards, milled and processed on the reverse side<\/li>\n
              • High-quality print films with protective laminate<\/li>\n
              • Plotter films for lettering and accents<\/li>\n
              • Mounting materials (wood screws, hangers)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Execution:<\/h2>\n

                Our installation team executed all the work precisely and efficiently within just a few hours. Thanks to meticulous preparatory work, the elements could be quickly assembled on-site. The MDF panels were screwed onto pre-prepared wooden components, meaning they simply had to be hooked into place later. Both the large-format wall graphic and the graphic elements integrated seamlessly into the exhibition's overall concept. The result is a high-quality presentation with a clean architectural aesthetic that perfectly underscores the design ethos of Omar Gandhi Architects.<\/p>\n

                In addition to Omar Gandhi Architects, Atelier EMBLOSS was responsible for the botanical set design, and Spearhead for the fabrication and assembly of the timber structures. <\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
