Challenges in the retail sector
Fixed opening dates, short installation windows, and high-traffic areas place significant demands on production and assembly. At the same time, colors, materials, and workmanship must align with the established brand image across various elements and locations. Wall and floor graphics require specifications tailored to the specific substrate and level of wear and tear. Factors such as fire safety, slip resistance, and future maintenance must also be taken into account. Installation should cause minimal disruption to sales operations, customers, and staff.
Solutions
Based on existing designs, we provide advice on technical implementation and material selection. We handle measurements, sampling, production, installation, and—if required—dismantling. Our range of services includes window graphics, wall and floor decals, displays, and custom-made sales counters. Installations outside regular business hours are possible by special arrangement and subject to staff availability. Our services do not include design concept development, interior architecture, shop fitting, furnishing, or electrical work.
Applications
During the project Altmann shop signage we combined a double-sided shop window sticker made of glass decorative film and printed SK film with a foil-covered counter made resistant by protective laminate. For the Sales counter at Berlin Zoo we produced and installed a custom-made structure featuring printed surfaces and a writeable price board. Other applications include eye-catching displays and freestanding units, as well as wall and floor graphics within the retail space.
