Offices and corporate premises
Offices, open-plan offices, reception areas, meeting rooms, corridors, lounges, and coworking spaces shape how companies are perceived by employees and guests. We apply provided designs to walls, glass surfaces, furniture, and wayfinding elements, and support new builds, relocations, modernizations, and rebrandings based on individual requirements.
Challenges in offices and corporate spaces
Design elements must integrate consistently into the corporate identity and function reliably across various surfaces. Glass fronts need to admit light while ensuring privacy; wayfinding systems must provide clear orientation; and large-format prints require precise color reproduction. In open-plan offices, issues such as reverberation and disruptive sound reflections also come into play. Furthermore, implementation requires minimizing disruption to workflows and carefully coordinating installation work with the use of the spaces.
Solutions
We provide advice on materials, handle measurements and sampling upon agreement, and carry out the production and installation of finished designs. We utilize decorative glass films, privacy films, wall films, wallpaper, wall printing, furniture graphics, wayfinding systems, signage, logos, and printed decorative elements. For spaces with demanding acoustic requirements, we manufacture Acoustic art panels, textile wall surfaces, Acoustic columns and room dividers. Our guide provides an overview over Soundproofing in the office. These measures do not replace specialist planning for building acoustics.
Applications
In the new Crunchyroll office in Berlin-Mitte we realized almost 300 square meters of wall design as well as printed decorative glass films as privacy screens. For the Creon Coworking Space around 500 square meters of printed wallpaper, signage and acoustic frames were created. At The Drivery at the Ullsteinhaus we combined a custom-made wayfinding system with large-format wall graphics. Other applications include logos, furniture lettering, and decorative elements for reception, conference, and communal areas.
Customer benefit
Companies receive a coordinated, single-source service covering consultation, sampling, production, installation, and—if required—dismantling. This minimizes interfaces and ensures a consistent visual identity across different rooms or multiple locations. Factors such as privacy, wayfinding, brand impact, and room acoustics can all be addressed simultaneously. Installations outside regular operating hours are possible only by prior arrangement and subject to staff availability. Fotoreklame ensures the precise technical execution of the provided designs while causing minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
